All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days of an order being placed. All deliveries are subject to credit clearance, address verification and product availability. In the unfortunate event that a product is unavailable for dispatch, we endeavour to notify you within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email. Your order is likely to arrive by courier within 1-2 working days of being dispatched.

Most UK deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm. Unfortunately, we cannot commit to a specific delivery day or time slot. We do offer you the opportunity to have your order shipped to an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage.

We offer an express shipping option for £9.95 – with a guaranteed next day delivery for all mainland UK orders received by 5pm.  Exclusions apply.

In some cases a signature may be required. If you are out when we try and deliver your parcel, our carriers will attempt to leave your item with a neighbour, or if a signature is not required they will leave in a safe, dry place. They will also leave a calling card with the details of where they have left your parcel. If it is not possible to leave your parcel our carriers will leave a calling card and usually attempt re-delivery on the next working day, or you can rearrange your delivery day by following the instructions on the calling card.

International Delivery

Wherever possible, we do aim to offer international delivery to most countries.

Deliveries will be shipped using a carrier based on the weight and value of your order. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it may be passed to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures. Timescales vary from country to country.

Depending on the value of your order, your delivery may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of AKA’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Missing or incomplete orders

In the unfortunate event that your order has been marked as dispatched, but fail to be delivered within the specified time schedule, or arrives incomplete, please refer to your order to check the status of your order prior to contacting our customer services team.
